A channel that stays active without you chasing it.
Planning, production, approvals, scheduling and reporting run as one system — the same automation we build for clients, pointed at your own channels. You approve a monthly calendar; we handle everything after that.
Three channels, run as one system.
One calendar, one approval queue, one monthly report — not three agencies talking past each other.
Reels, carousels and stories on a planned calendar, with DMs and comments handled and a growth report every month.
- Reels and carousel production
- Daily stories
- DM and comment handling

Founder-led writing and company page management that reaches the people who actually sign contracts.
- Founder ghostwriting
- Company page management
- Thought-leadership posts
- Connection and outreach system
YouTube
Long form and shorts, scripted and edited, with titles and thumbnails built to earn the click rather than beg for it.
- Scripting and editing
- Shorts pipeline
- Titles, thumbnails, descriptions
- Retention and CTR reporting
The same agents, pointed at your channels.
Idea to script to edit to scheduled post, on the automation stack we build for clients. You see the calendar; the pipeline does the repetition.
Five steps, every month, in the same order.
A managed channel is a rhythm, not a build. Here is what that rhythm actually looks like — and where you sign off.
-
01
Week 1
Onboarding
Access, brand assets, tone of voice and the two or three business outcomes the channel is actually meant to serve. We audit what is already there before touching anything.
-
02
Week 1–2
Strategy and calendar
Positioning, content pillars, formats and a published calendar for the month ahead — written down, so you know what is coming before it is made.
-
03
Ongoing
Production
Scripting, design, editing and copy in your voice. Reels, carousels, statics, posts and shorts, produced to the volume agreed in your plan.
-
04
Before every post
Your approval
Nothing publishes without your sign-off. You review the batch, request changes and approve — then we schedule it. No surprises on your own feed.
-
05
Monthly
Reporting and adjustment
One written report you can actually read: what was published, what performed, what we are changing next month and why. Not a screenshot of a dashboard.
Before you hand over an account.
The things that come up in almost every first conversation about social.
Do I approve posts before they go out?
Always. You review each batch, ask for changes and approve before anything is scheduled. Nothing carries your name without your sign-off — that is a rule, not a setting.
Who owns the accounts and the content?
You do. We work inside your accounts using delegated access, never our own logins, and every file we produce — source projects, raw edits, graphics — is handed to you. If we stop working together, you keep everything and lose no access.
How much do you actually publish?
It depends on the plan, and the exact volume is written into it before you pay. What does not change is that the number is a commitment, not a target — if a month falls short, the balance carries forward or is credited.
How long before this shows results?
We will not put a number on that, because we cannot control your market or your offer. What we commit to is the rhythm: a published calendar, the agreed volume, and a monthly written review of what is working. Consistency is the part we can guarantee.
Do you run paid ads as well?
The retainers here cover organic channel management — strategy, production, publishing and reporting. Paid campaigns are scoped and quoted separately, because the budget, tracking and reporting are a different job.
Do you need me on camera?
Not necessarily. Founder-led video usually performs best on LinkedIn and YouTube, but plenty of accounts run entirely on design, motion and written formats. We will tell you honestly which one your niche rewards.
What do you need from me each month?
Realistically, about an hour: one short call for direction, and approval on the batches. Everything else — ideas, scripting, design, editing, scheduling, reporting — sits with us.
Can I stop, or change plan?
Yes. Retainers run month to month with no lock-in, and you can move up or down a level at the end of any cycle. We would rather you stay because it is working than because you are stuck.
