What we collect
When you submit a form — Start a Project, Contact, or a product order — we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and the requirement you describe. Alongside this we collect standard website analytics: pages viewed, device type and referral source.
We do not collect card or bank details on this website. Payments are processed by licensed payment gateways, and that information is never stored on our servers.
How we use it
Your information is used for three purposes only: responding to your enquiry, delivering your project, and sending essential service communication such as invoices, delivery updates and support responses.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Marketing emails are sent only if you explicitly opt in, and every one of them carries an unsubscribe link.
Third-party tools
We rely on standard business tools for analytics, email delivery, cloud hosting and project management. These receive only the data required to provide their service, and all of them operate under industry-standard security practices.
Client project data
Your project data, source code, design files and credentials remain confidential. Access is restricted to the team members working on your project. A formal NDA can be signed before the engagement begins, at no cost.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time. Email hello@lzworth.com and we will action it within seven working days.
Some records — GST invoices, for example — must be retained to meet legal and accounting obligations. Where that applies, we will tell you clearly.
Cookies
This website uses basic cookies for session handling, preferences and anonymous analytics. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will continue to function.
Changes to this policy
When this policy is updated, the date at the top of this page changes. For any material change, existing clients also receive an email.
