How long does a build actually take?
Pre-built agents for support, sales or content ship in 7 days from kick-off, and fully custom automation in 10. A website is typically 2–4 weeks and a web application 6–10 weeks. The exact date is written into your proposal before work starts — and if we miss an agreed automation deadline, you get a 100% refund of everything you have paid.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, completely. Everything is deployed on your infrastructure with your keys and your accounts. At handover you receive the repository, deployment access, admin access and documentation. There is no hosted black box you can never move away from.
What does it cost, and what are the ongoing costs?
There is no fixed price list, because a five-page site and a multi-tenant dashboard are not the same job. Send a brief with your budget band and you get a written scope and a fixed number back. After launch you pay only the real API and hosting costs — usually ₹500 to ₹3,000 a month depending on volume — billed to you directly on a bring-your-own-key model, with no markup from us.
What tools and integrations do you support?
Effectively anything with an API. The common ones are WhatsApp Business, Slack, Gmail and Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, Airtable, Shopify, Razorpay, Stripe, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and custom databases.
Can you build in Hindi or regional languages?
Yes. WhatsApp and voice agents handle Hindi, Hinglish and English, and can be extended to Bengali, Tamil, Telugu and Marathi. Android apps ship with the same language support where it makes sense.
I’m not technical. Can I still use this?
Yes — most of our clients aren’t. We handle the entire setup and hand you a simple dashboard, or a Slack and WhatsApp interface to work with your agents. No code is required from you at any point.
Can you improve something that already exists?
Yes. We start with an audit of performance, SEO, design and code quality, then tell you honestly whether repairing it or rebuilding it is the better use of your money.
